-
Search the Knowledge Base for answers*
The Knowledge Base has a wealth of information, including Knowledge Base Solutions, existing SPRs (bugs), documentation, etc. -
Ask questions in the SolidWorks Forums
The forums are a great place to interact with other users and get questions answered. -
Contact your local Value Added Reseller (VAR)*
If you do not find the answer to your questions, contact your VAR and log the issue to get more help.
Service Packs*
Service Packs provide updates to a major version for known problems.
Hotfixes*
Hotfixes address business-critical issues that typically affect a small number of users, are distributed upon request, and are specific to a Service Pack.
Service Packs and Hotfixes are available until the end date listed below. Technical support is available past the end date, but is limited to non-software (Service Packs and hotfixes) solutions. Some issues may not be addressable due to technical limitations.
