Description: There are many software solutions in the marketplace to help you design, manufacture, sell and support your products; e.g. CAD, Simulation (FEA Analysis), Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Documentation, Sustainability among others. We are interested in understanding which solutions you are familiar with and more so what features and functionality you use within these packages as you do your day to day job. This will help us keep you better informed about products, features and functionality that are most important to you.

SolidWorks is currently researching the topic “Going from SolidWorks conceptual model to final production model.” We understand that many users create their SolidWorks model/s differently depending on what part of the design phase they are in. In other words, SolidWorks designers will often create a conceptual model knowing that, eventually when they get to creating a final production model, quite a lot of the their model features will be deleted and recreated or the entire conceptual model will be throw away.

Taking this brief survey (along with many other sources of information) will provide for us a better understanding of your needs.
 

SolidWorks 2010 Service Pack 3.1 is available on the Customer Portal for Subscription Services customers to download.
The difference between Service Pack 3.0 and Service Pack 3.1 is administrative. If you have already installed SolidWorks 2010 Service Pack 3.0, it is not necessary to install 2010 Service Pack 3.1.
