DESCRIPTION: We are seeking software development professionals for the PDMWorks Development Group who will assist in the design and creation of cutting edge solutions for a wide range of product needs. You will join a team whose mission is to bring CAD Product Data Management solutions to SolidWorks customers via a variety of products and services. Position requires individuals who can quickly translate requirements into high quality production software. The most desirable candidates will possess strong development experience in desktop applications and tools, database and database interfaces. Experience with 3D mechanical computer-aided design and product data management systems as a user or as a developer is desirable, but not a requirement.
EDUCATION: BS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline required
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in Windows C++ software application development
• Strong proficiency with C++ and MFC development using MS Visual Studio
• Additional desired experience includes 3D CAD, PDM, .NET, XML, ASP or Javascript, HTML, CGI, COM and SQL Server
• Strong ability to develop and communicate business and technical requirements in direct collaboration with customers
• Background and experience with web, database, and .NET development is highly desired
